That hands-on involvement matters in existing homes because framing often requires decisions once the wall or structure is open. You should not have to become the project manager or figure out construction problems on your own.

Yes. We consider select smaller repairs such as damaged exterior trim, localized wood rot, stair and railing repairs, door-related carpentry and grouped repair items in addition to larger framing projects.
Can you repair framing damaged by water or rot?
Yes. The appropriate repair depends on how far the damage extends and whether structural components are affected. We can open the area as needed, evaluate the framing and repair the affected wood as part of the project.

Yes. Framing work can include new walls, layout changes, reframing openings and framing that supports larger remodeling or conversion projects.
Do you work with beams and posts?
Yes, depending on the project. Beams, posts, girders and other larger wood components often overlap with structural repair work and may require engineering or permitting based on the condition and jurisdiction.
Can you coordinate electricians, plumbers or HVAC contractors if the framing affects their work?
Yes. When the project needs an electrician, plumber, HVAC contractor or another specialist, we can coordinate that work so you do not have to manage everyone separately.
